The items we sell are used or vintage unless noted otherwise in the listing.  Normal usage can be expected on older items.  I do my best to give accurate descriptions and to note any flaws.  I also have at least 1 picture in each lising so that you can view the item.   Please ask any questions before making your purchase as we do not accept returns.  

Our business is home based and not a smoke or pet free environment. 

USPS Priority packages are usually shipped the day after a cleared payment is received.  We ship FedEx Packages 2 to 3 times each week. 

INSURANCE and INSURANCE CLAIMS:   If an item arrives broken (We have only had 2 arrive broken out of over 3,000 shipments) an insurance claim will need to be filed.  You will need to contact me so that I can contact the shipper.  Keep all the packing materials: bubble wrap, shipping peanuts, the box, any other newspaper or shredded packing material and the item.  If it is a Priority mail shipment, you will need to take everything to the post office for them to inspect.  If the shipment is by FedEx, they will contact you and come to you to inspect.    We do not personally insure the items, the carrier is the insurer and they pay the claim.  Again, if a buyer opts to not buy Postal insurance, we can`t be held responsible for loss or damage.
